Extended bidding will continue until there is no bidding for the allotted time listed on the auction. You can always check the time remaining information that appears under each lot! REMEMBER TO CLICK ON REFRESH FOR UP-TO-DATE TIME REMAINING! For each auction, the extended bidding period varies based on the number of lots and overall duration of the auction.

**Example 1: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is no bidding from 7:55 PM to 8 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8 PM.
**Example 2: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is a bid placed at 7:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8:02 PM.
**Example 3: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is a bid placed at 7:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes until 8:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 8:01 PM. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8:06 PM. Please note the above time schedule is a sample and may or may not match the actual ending times.

*Auctioneer has the right to change the extended bidding increment to 1 minute - judgment call based on the number of bids per minute.

2) Cashier's Check or Money Order: Overnight a cashier's check or money order made payable to: The Wendt Group, Inc, 121 Jackson Street, Plain City, OH 43064. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or indicate your bidder number, auction name/date and invoice number on your payment.
3) Wire Transfer or E-Check. Call our office at 614-403-0726 or email to obtain necessary information.
4) Payment Upon Delivery: Cashier's check, cash, or money order may be accepted by the seller if arrangements have been agreed upon between buyer and seller and communicated to our office.

Full payment including the 10% buyer's premium must be received in 3 business days from the close of bidding on all auctions. Late fees are subject to a 2% finance charge after the fourth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all late payments and returned checks and the bidder may be denied access to future auctions. If your credit card is denied multiple times a $25 processing fee will be applied.

All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium is in effect for this auction and will be added to the final auction bid to determine the actual final auction sale price. Example - $750 auction bid = $825 final sale price.

INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions including a 10% buyer's premium will be sent to each buyer's registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact our office. Please be aware at the conclusion of the auction the realized bid prices are posted with the winning buyer number. This amount does not include the buyer's premium that will be added to the final bid price and sent to your registered e-mail address and shown on your invoice. Payment in full, including the 10% buyers premium, is expected immediately after the auction and before any livestock or merchandise is exchanged. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased, legal action, and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. The auction company reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price, buyer's premiuim, and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made in 4 days after the close of bidding. All bids placed at or above the starting bids will be sold to the highest bidder!

DELIVERY OF LOTS: Please contact the seller to discuss any delivery options that might work for you. **They will do their best to work with you, but it is important to discuss delivery BEFORE the sale date.** If you need delivery assistance or have questions call ahead before you bid. If you pay with credit card or mail your cashiers check please photo copy the check or the credit card payment receipt to confirm payment and pick up your stock. No animals will be delivered without proof of payment or arrangements made in advance with the breeders and approval by the Auction Company.

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer's expense. Potential buyers please call your state vet office for permits, requirements, etc. This will need to be done in advance and in a timely manner.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Transfered to the new owner at the seller's expense after payment. Please register for a bid number exactly the way you want the pedigree transfered. The transfer of all pedigree's is the responsibility of the seller to the buyer. Kevin Wendt, Auctioneer and The Wendt Group, Inc. do not assume any responsibility or liability in the proper transfer of registration papers.

GUARANTEE: The NASR (National Association of Swine Records) warranty guidelines will be observed. Underlines are considered sound unless noted in the catalog. We have the right to try any non-breeders. Animals need proper isolation before incorporating into your herd - we suggest at least 30 days (please consult your veterinarian). Complaints should be made in 60 days to the seller. No guarantee of breeding value on gilts and boars younger than six months of age and/or gilts shown at jackpot or preview shows before breeding. Each animal lot will become the buyers risk at the close of the auction and buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to the property until removed or delivered. Any issues must be resolved between the buyer and the seller.
