2. Delivery West via Steven Popejoy – Leaving from Indianapolis, In on February 24th on I-74 West to Bloomington then taking I-39 to I-80. Then heading West on I-80 through Davenport, Iowa City, Des Moines, Omaha, Lincoln, and Kearney. 3. Delivery to Belton – We will be leaving Indiana on February 28th – We will be taking I-70 West out of Indianapolis to Effingham, Il and then I-57 to I-55 through Memphis. Then heading West on I-40 to Little Rock and getting on I-30 going through Texarkana to Dallas, TX. Heading South on I-35E to I-35 to Belton. We will be arriving in Belton, TX on Wednesday, March 1st. Call us at 888.690.2022 for this option.
4. Indiana & Surrounding Areas Delivery – if enough people purchase pigs in the Indiana/surrounding states area there is a chance that we can set something up on Friday, February 17th. This is pending but if interested in this option, please call us at 888.690.2022.
5. Delivery to the West Coast via Bob May – Leaving Indiana on Wednesday, February 22 heading West – Traveling through Kansas City, then South through Oklahoma to Wichita Falls, TX. **Example 3: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is a bid placed at 7:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes until 8:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 8:01 PM. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8:06 PM. Please note the above time schedule is a sample and may or may not match the actual ending times.

THIS SALE WILL FEATURE ACCELERATED HORSE RACE CLOSING:
*PRIOR TO 10 PM ET - 5 minutes extended bidding
*AFTER 10 PM ET - 3 minutes extended bidding
*AFTER 11 PM ET - 2 minutes extended bidding
*Auctioneer has the right to change the extended bidding increment to 1 minute - judgment call based on the number of bids per minute.

Terms: ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Credit/Debit Card
2) Cashier's Check or Money Order: Overnight a cashier's check or money order made payable to: The Wendt Group, Inc, 121 Jackson Street, Plain City, OH 43064. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or indicate your bidder number, auction name/date and invoice number on your payment.
3) Wire Transfer or E-Check. Call our office at 614-403-0726 or email onlineauctions@thewendtgroup.com to obtain necessary information.

Full payment including the 10% buyer's premium must be received in 3 business days from the close of bidding on all auctions. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the fourth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all returned checks and after 3 days on all late payments and the bidder may be denied access to future auctions. If your credit card is denied more than 3 times a $25 processing fee will be applied. If payment has not been received and/or delivery arrangements not been agreed upon within 7 days post auction, the seller has the right to reclaim property and resell it in any manner deemed necessary. As the original purchaser you will be responsible for paying any and all differences between the original sale price on auction day and the resale price.

All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium is in effect for this auction and will be added to the final auction bid to determine the actual final auction sale price. Example - $750 auction bid = $825 final sale price.

INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact our office. Please be aware at the conclusion of the auction the realized bid prices are posted. This amount does not include the buyer's premium that will be added to the final bid price and shown on your invoice. Payment in full, including the 10% buyers premium, is expected immediately after the auction and before any livestock or merchandise is exchanged. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased, legal action, and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. The auction company reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price, buyer's premiuim, and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made by the 3rd business day after the close of bidding. All bids placed at or above the starting bids will be sold to the highest bidder!

DELIVERY OF LOTS: Please contact the seller to discuss any delivery options that might work for you. Each seller will do their best to work with you, but it is important to discuss delivery BEFORE the sale date. If you need delivery assistance or have questions, call ahead before you bid. No animals or auction items will be delivered without proof of payment. The Wendt Group, Inc. is not affiliated with nor do they endorse any shipping companies and assume no responsibility for services provided by these companies.

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer's expense. Potential buyers please call your state vet office for permits, requirements, etc. This will need to be done in advance and in a timely manner.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Transfered to the new owner at the seller's expense after payment. Please register for a bid number exactly the way you want the pedigree transfered. The transfer of all pedigree's is the responsibility of the seller to the buyer.
