All delivery is free of charge. If you plan to use one of the delivery options listed above there is no need to call before the sale, just make sure to contact us the following day (or sale night) to confirm your delivery plans. If you need to enquire about a delivery option that is not listed, then call us BEFORE the sale to discuss. We will do our best to work with you, but it is important to discuss prior to sale if you can't make one of the listed locations.

Notes: HORSE RACE AUCTION CLOSING FORMAT FOR THIS SALE! WHEN TIME EXPIRES, ALL LOTS ARE DECLARED SOLD! Extended bidding will continue until there is no bidding for the allotted time listed on the auction. You can always check the time remaining information that appears under each lot! REMEMBER TO CLICK ON REFRESH FOR UP-TO-DATE TIME REMAINING! For each auction, the extended bidding period varies based on the number of lots and overall duration of the auction.

**Example 1: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is no bidding from 7:55 PM to 8 PM. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8 PM.
**Example 2: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is a bid placed at 7:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes. No more bidding occurs. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8:02 PM.
**Example 3: Auction closes at 8 PM. There is a bid placed at 7:57 PM. Auction is extended by 5 minutes until 8:02 PM. Another bid is placed at 8:01 PM. No more bids are placed. All lots are declared closed and the sale ends at 8:06 PM. Please note the above time schedule is a sample and may or may not match the actual ending times.

*Auctioneer has the right to change the extended bidding increment to 1 minute - judgment call based on the number of bids per minute.

We encourage bidders to use the maximum bid feature throughout the duration of the auction to avoid clock management issues in your bidding procedures. This feature allows you to place a private maximum bid that only you will know and allow the computer to bid on your behalf when another bidder places a bid on the same lot you are seeking. 2) Cashier's Check or Money Order: Overnight a cashier's check or money order made payable to: The Wendt Group, Inc, 121 Jackson Street, Plain City, OH 43064. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or indicate your bidder number, auction name/date and invoice number on your payment.
3) Wire Transfer or E-Check. Call our office at 614-403-0726 or email to obtain necessary information.

Full payment including the 10% buyer's premium must be received in 3 business days from the close of bidding on all auctions. Late fees are subject to a 12% finance charge after the fourth day. A fee of $50 will be assessed on all returned checks and after 3 days on all late payments and the bidder may be denied access to future auctions. If your credit card is denied more than 3 times a $25 processing fee will be applied. If payment has not been received and/or delivery arrangements not been agreed upon within 7 days post auction, the seller has the right to reclaim property and resell it in any manner deemed necessary. As the original purchaser you will be responsible for paying any and all differences between the original sale price on auction day and the resale price.

All bidding and payments are in US Dollars. A ten percent (10%) buyer's premium is in effect for this auction and will be added to the final auction bid to determine the actual final auction sale price. Example - $750 auction bid = $825 final sale price.

INVOICING: An invoice with payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered e-mail address at the close of bidding. If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 12 hours after the close of bidding please contact our office. Please be aware at the conclusion of the auction the realized bid prices are posted. This amount does not include the buyer's premium that will be added to the final bid price and shown on your invoice. Payment in full, including the 10% buyers premium, is expected immediately after the auction and before any livestock or merchandise is exchanged. Failure to complete the payment terms as stated above will result in forfeiture of animals purchased, legal action, and negative feedback reported to the credit bureau. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing. The auction company reserves the right to charge the entire purchase price, buyer's premiuim, and late fees to the credit card on file if payment is not made by the 3rd business day after the close of bidding. All bids placed at or above the starting bids will be sold to the highest bidder!

DELIVERY OF LOTS: Please contact the seller to discuss any delivery options that might work for you. Each seller will do their best to work with you, but it is important to discuss delivery BEFORE the sale date. If you need delivery assistance or have questions, call ahead before you bid. No animals or auction items will be delivered without proof of payment. The Wendt Group, Inc. is not affiliated with nor do they endorse any shipping companies and assume no responsibility for services provided by these companies.

HEALTH PAPERS: Furnished upon request for each individual lot. Special testing or export health testing will be at the buyer's expense. Potential buyers please call your state vet office for permits, requirements, etc. This will need to be done in advance and in a timely manner.

REGISTRATION PAPERS: Transfered to the new owner at the seller's expense after payment. Please register for a bid number exactly the way you want the pedigree transfered. The transfer of all pedigree's is the responsibility of the seller to the buyer.
